P-SURVIVORS
Survivors of a Plane Crash on the Mountain
[P-SURVIVORS]
by DJ Peterman
ISBN: 978-1-60047-322-7
Paperback (6x9): 108 pgs.
Have you ever thought what you would do if you were stranded on a mountain? This novel is about a plane crash on the top of a mountain. It broke in half and the back half fell down the mountain and landed on a ledge. Three survivors walked away from the crash. A sixteen year old girl with her Down Syndrome sister, and a girl fourteen with a broken arm. They gathered all they could carry with them and journeyed down the mountain. The sixteen year old, whose name was Miriam, felt the responsibility for the other two. She had to learn how to make a life for them in a place very different than what she knew. They were learning how to survive when they met someone that had been stranded on the mountain for ten years. They became like family and began building a cabin. After three years of living on the beachy area at the bottom of the mountain, others came that had been thrown from the plane.
